Сценарий `Рождество` Цель мероприятия – обобщение изученного материала по теме Праздники, актуализация лексических и грамматических навыков; поддержание интереса к изучению культурных традиций страны изучаемого языка: расширение кругозора.
Оформление сцены
Камин, огонь можно сымитировать, разместив маленькие свечки цилиндрической формы на железный противень. Фитиль поджигается, и создается впечатление, что в камине пылает небольшой огонь. Чем больше свечей, тем больше огня. Свечи горят без дыма и безопасны в пожарном отношении. Сверху с каминной полки свисают детские чулочки. В них, по преданию, должны укладываться гостинцы для ребятишек. Если предусмотрены подарки для зрителей (класса или группы ребят), то лучше вручить их уложенными в специально приготовленные чулочки. На сцене также должна стоять наряженная новогодняя елочка. Не забудьте про канделябр со свечами, стоящий на каминной полке, и другие новогодние украшения, подарочные коробочки с надписью HAPPY CHRISTMAS. Во время праздника также будет разыгрываться сценка рождения Иисуса, поэтому необходимы декорации: деталь, изображающая хлев, ясли и тому подобное.
Необходимый реквизит: кассета с фонограммой песен, магнитофон, песенники читающим поанглийски гостям, бенгальские огни, костюмы, ясли, сено, фигурки животных, кукла, дары царей, Рождественская роза, гирлянды, Рождественский носок. Также нужны колокольчики, мешок с подарками Санта Клауса, письмо, серпантин, фотоаппарат.
Действующие лица: ангелы (12), Санта Клаус, мальчик Джонни, девочка Мэри, Диана, папа, мама, Чарльз, три царя, Мадлен, Бефана.
Мадлен (все роли исполняли ученики). Костюмы ангелов длинные белые балахоны, сзади пришиты вырезанные из листа ватмана крылья, венок из золотой мишуры на голове. Костюмы очень простые, не требующие больших расходов и лёгкие в исполнении, но со сцены выглядели очень эффектно.
Костюм Санта Клауса выполнен типично. Цари одеты в накидки и короны, костюмы женщин неброские балахоны и накидки на головы в стиле того времени. Все исполнявшиеся во время вечера песни были распечатаны отдельно и розданы в зале.
На вечер зрителей приглашает большая красочная афиша следующего содержания: Join in caroling at our English class following the Christmas tea at10 a. m. , Thursday, December 25. The celebration is here! Come sing Christmas carols with Angels! Make your holiday bright with the personages of the Holy Night, the Three Kings, Befana, Madlen and real Santa! 1. Звучит Рождественская музыка (любая, создающая определённую атмосферу). На сцену выходят
Ангелы с песенниками и становятся полукругом. Торжественно читают четверостишия.
Ангел 1::
Наrk! The herald angels sing,
Glory to the newborn king!
Peace on Earth and mercy mild
God and sinners reconciled!
Ангел 2:
Joyful, all the nations, rise,
Join the triumph of the skies,
With angelic host proclaim,
Christ is born in Bethlehem!
Ангел 3:

Все исполняют песню Silent Night.
Ангел 4:
Good Christian men, rejoice!

Joy! Joy! Jesus Christ was born for this!
Ангел 5:

Give heed to what we say
News! News! Jesus Christ is born today!
Ангелы расступаются, освобождая центр сцены. Зрители видят сцену: на сене стоят ясли, где лежит новорожденный Христос (мы приглушили на сцене свет, включили светильник, немного настоящего сена принес ктото из учеников, завёрнутая в пеленку кукла лежала в детской корзинке). Вокруг сидят Мария и ещё два человека. Звучит мелодия What Child is this.
На сцену выходят три царя (1,2,3), им навстречу старая женщина Бефана.
1: Good morning to you, old woman! Tell us, what country is it? And what is your name, kind woman?
B: This is Italy and my name is Bephana. 2: And were the three Kings Gaspar, Melhior and Baltaras. Angels are singing Christ is born today. Be so kind; show us the way there.
B: Oh, no! Im so busy today. I cant show you the way! Dont ask me, I see no reason to leave my housework!
3: OK, well find the way to that holy place. But youll be punished for that. From now and on every Christmas you will roam about the country trying to find Christs holy face among the childrens.
Бефана уходит. Мудрецы подходят к колыбели младенца и возлагают свои дары.
На сцене появляется бедная девушка Мадлен.
Мадлен (обращаясь к ангелам): Оh, dear Angels! Ive come here to fall on my knees before my King, but Im so poor, that I have nothing to give him.
Один из ангелов протягивает ей розы (искусственные)
Ангел: Take these Christmas roses, my poor girl.
Все исполняют песню What Child Is This ещё раз, пока Мадлен дарит розы. Ангелы поднимают под руки всех участников и становятся все вместе полукругом.

So happened the birth of the great Jesus, which is celebrated so many centuries as Christmas.
When Jesus was 30 years old, he began his service: he cured sick people, he raised them from dead, taught them love and kindness.
Simple people loved him for that, but he high priests, elders and scribers did not like him.
So once, before the Easter they decided to find the Gods son and ruin him, but did not know where to look for him.
But the story about Jesus is not finished.
So then, one of Jesus apostles, Judas, suggested to betray his teacher, and was given 30 silver coins.
So in the evening, when Jesus and the 12 apostles gathered for the secret (dinner, the gods son foretold that one of twelves would betray him. And so happened.
After the dinner Jesus and men went to the garden, Judas came near and kissed him. It was the sign to recognize Jesus among others.
Jesus was seized. The people sword him and beat him. Then they took him to Pilate, procurator, and began to blame him for lewdness. Pilate and the king Nerod did not find any guilt, but the people began to shout, Crucify him!
Jesus was crucified, and people laughed at him.
At six oclock it became dark. The sun grew dark when dying Jesus said,
Father! Into your hands I commend my spirit.
So the greatest of men died to raise from dead and to rise to his father to rule us and defend from troubles.

Ангел 6: Today is Christmas Eve. Look! Everything is rush and hustle! Streets are decorated with lights. In homes there is a great air of expectation. Children are decorating Christmas trees and preparing Christmas socks.
Все исполняют песнюO, Christmas Tree! (два куплета). We invite you to Smiths family
На сцене мальчик и девочка пишут письма Санта Клаусу, а мама с дочкой наряжают ёлку.
John: I`ve got a lot of wishes. Mary, how many ones can I write about?
Mary: Oh, John, you are so stupid. Of course, about only one. There are so many children all over the world, and all of them want to get presents for Christmas. And Santa has got only one sack. See?
John: Right you are, Mary. Only one. . .
(Оба пишут, сворачивают записочки).
John: Where shall we put our notes?
Mary: Certainly, on the window – sill. It is light here and Santa will see them.
John: Oh, no. Santa will come through the chimney, won`t he? So let`s put them in the flue.
Mary: A very good idea!
(Кладут записки в дымоход)
John, Mary: How clever of us.
Вешают Рождественский носок
(Убегают)
(Мама с дочерью украшают елку. Фоновая мелодия песни Jingle, Bells!. Дочь напевает песенку).
Diana: Mum, shall I hang this toy? (Разглядывая). It`s very unusual.
Mum: Let me have a look. Oh, darling, it was made by my granny many -many years ago. I liked it very much.
Diana: Did you? Well, it will be on our Christmas tree.
(Повесила, отошла, посмотрела, перевесила). Perfect!
(Отец с сыном вносят в комнату святочное полено, несут его к камину).
Mum: Tom, what`s the matter?
Dad: It`s our Christmas surprise!
Diana: Is it? (Подходит, трогает полено).
Charles: I was talked about this old tradition.
Diana: What tradition?
Charles: Christmas log. It should burn for two days: today and tomorrow. The ash of the log is considered to be magic. It is said to treat for toothache.
Diana: Oh, it`s like a fairy – tale.
Dad: Well, dear, our life would be too dull without fairy – tales. And Christmas is rich in miracle.
Diana: Right you are. Let`s burn the log.
(Поджигают полено в камине).
Mum: Children, will you take the seats? (Показывает на кресла у камина). Let`s think about Christians presents to our postman, Mr. Green, and our servant, Ms. Jane.
Dad: We should give them presents on the 26 of December.
Charles: I`ve got an idea. Ms. Jane has a sweet tooth. So, let`s give her a beautiful box of sweets.
Dad: It seems to me it`s a splendid idea.
Mum: Well, settled. And what about Mr. Green?
Diana: Look here! As far as I know he is good at fishing. Let`s give him a fishing rod.
Mum: I find it rather good.
Charles: Wonderful!
Dad: I like it.
Diana (глядя на камин): Oh, what a nice postcard! Who is it from?
Dad: Mr. and Mrs. Jackson sent it some days ago.
Mum: They thank us for the money gift we gave them on the 21st of December. Remember?
Diana: Oh, yes. Mum, how old are they?
Mum: 68 years old.
Dad: It`s very important to remember about old people and to please them.
Mum: I absolutely agree with you, darling.
Charles, Diana: So do I.
Mum (смотрит на часы): Oh, it`s too late. It`s high time to go to bed. Good night.
(Все уходят)
Well, the main thing is that dutiful and loving children get the Christmas presents. They hang their little stockings at the fireplace. In the morning they find that the stockings are full of presents. They were sent by Santa. The story began a long ago when two poor people were walking in the streets all the day but did not get anything to eat. Hungry and cold they came back home, hung their wet stockings at the fireplace to make them dry, cried a little and went to bed. The God took pity on them and told Santa to give them presents.
И вот наступает волшебная ночь, когда все ждут чуда и помогают этому чуду свершиться.
(Ночь. Тишина. Дети на цыпочках подходят к елке и кладут под нее подарки для родителей).
John: It`s to Mum.
Mary: It`s to Dad.
John: We love them very much.
Mary: The Lord! Help our parents, please.
(Убегают)
(Дети спят. Появляются родители со свечой, сладостями и подарками. Сладости кладут в рождественские носки, подарки – под елку).
Mum: It`s to John. He wants to have a good football. Let`s his dream comes true.
Dad: Mary is fond of the Beatles. It will please her.
Mum: Diana will be happy to have this perfume.
Dad: Charles is crazy about chess. He will be glad, I think.
Both: Oh, my God, we want our children to be happy! Help them, please.
(Уходят).
Слышится звук колокольчиков (можно взять китайскую Музыку ветра).
Ангел 7: Oh, hush! Can you hear those bells? That is Santa with his rednosed reindeer Rudolph coming.
Ангел 8:
Rudolph, the rednosed reindeer
Had a very shiny nose,
And if you ever saw it,
You would even say it glows!
Ангел 9:
All the other reindeers
sed to laugh and call him names,
They never let poor Rudolph
Join in any reindeer games!
Ангел 10:
Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say
Rudolph with your nose so bright
Wont you guide my sleigh tonight?
Ангел 11:
Then how the reindeer loved him
As they shouted out with glee
Rudolph, the rednosed Reindeer
Youll go down in history!
Ангел 12: Santa is hurrying to the kids. He will give out his gifts to all good boys and girls, moms and dads, cats and dogs.
Звон колокольчиков становится громче, все исполняют куплет песниJingle Bells. Появляется, пританцовывая, Санта Клаус.
Santa:: OK, OK! Those chimneys are so dirty! All are sleeping. Whos there? John and Marry. (Читает письма. ) Lets see if they are good. Oh, yes. John helps his little sister to tie her shoes, and he behaves well at school. And Mary always helps her mother she doesnt forget to feed the homeless cat. So, get your Christmas gift. Merry Christmas! Bye!

Все участники кидают в зал серпантин и конфетти.
