Цель:

Прививать интерес к традициям страны изучаемого языка;

Задачи:

1. Познакомить учащихся с праздником «День Матери»;

2. Развивать навыки выразительного чтения;

3. Развивать грамматические навыки;

4. Обучение грамматической стороне речи, используя темы: «Числительные», «Пассивный залог», «Степени сравнения»;

Воспитательная задача:

Прививать уважение и любовь к своей матери;

Ход урока:

1. Организационный момент:

Good morning children!

I am glad to see you. What date was yesterday? What date will be tomorrow.

And on the 28^th of November is Mother’s Day. In few days we will celebrate this holiday. In this day we congratulate our Mums.

Today we are going to speak about Mother’s Day and its traditions. Let’s review some words. Listen and repeat. Look at the blackboard.

England, however, celebrates Mother’s Day on the fourth Sunday of Lent, and in Argentina it is the second Sunday in October. International Mother’s Day is actually celebrated on May 11.
