THE FOREST
MOTHER: Now, my dear, put on your red hat and go to your Granny's house in the forest. Here is a cake and some apples for her.
FATHER: Do not go off the road.
MARY: Yes, I shall go straight to my dear granny. Good-bye.
(Mary is in the forest)
Oh, how nice it is in the forest! So many flowers and berries!
1st tree: Come here, little girl! Look at the flowers at my feet. Pick them!
MARY: My Granny likes flowers! I shall pick some.
2nd tree: Come to me, little girl! I have sweet, red berries for you!
MARY: Oh! How nice I can take some berries for me and for my Grandmother.
3d TREE: Little girl, little girl! Look at my mushrooms!
MARY: Yes, mushrooms is a good present for my Granny.
4th TREE: And I have some mushrooms too.
5th TREE: My berries are very sweet.
MARY: But where is the road? I don't know how to go to my Granny.
BEAR: Grr, Grr, I eat little girls! I like little girls. They are so tasty!
MARY: Do not eat me, dear bear! Take my apron. It is very nice!
BEAR: All right! Give me your apron! La-la-la, how pretty I am now!
MARY: (плачет) Now I have no apron.
WOLF: Hey, little girl, I want to eat you!
MARY: Please, don't eat me! I can give you my scarf. Do you like it?
WOLF: OK! Give me you scarf. Now I am pretty!
FOX: Oh! I see a fine dinner for me! I like little girls!
MARY: Don't eat me, dear fox! Take my red hat
FOX: I am hungry, but the hat is very nice! Give it to me!
(Маша плачет)
RABBIT: Don't cry, little girl. I can help you. I can take you home.
Bear:(to the Wolf and the Fox) I have a nice apron, but I want a scarf!
WOLF: I have a scarf, but I want a hat!
FOX: I have a hat, but I want a scarf and an apron!
(Звери бросили вещи и начали драться. Появляются Маша и Кролик)
Mary: They don't see us.
RABBIT: Take you things and let's go home.
MARY: OK! I shall visit my Granny next time!
Mummy, Daddy! Look! This is my friend! He helped me!
MOTHER: Thank you, dear rabbit!
FATHER: This is a present for you!
